Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity
Total 1 MW rooftop solar power generation systems are installed in two factories: a metal recycling factory and an automotive parts factory. The participant of the host country is in charge of system installation, operation and maintenance of the systems, and supplies electricity to the factories.
This project reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by substituting renewable energy for some of the electricity from the fossil fuel-derived grid power.
