Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity
3 solar power plants totaling 25.8MW are installed in Arica region. All the power generated is sold to the Grid, reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
This project contributes to the achievement of Chile’s energy strategy (Energia 2050) to cover 70% of the nation’s total power generation by renewable energy by 2050.
