Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity
As a part of Upscaling Renewable Energy Sector Project financed by ADB to develop 41MW distributed renewable energy system, this subproject is supported by JFJCM to introduce 5 MW solar PV with 3.6MWh battery storage and energy management system in Uliastai. The project is a first-of-its-kin in Mongolia introducing battery storage system for utility-scale renewable energy generation.
