Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity

This is a project of introducing high efficiency injection molding machines made by The Japan Steel Works, Ltd.(JSW) to the plastic parts manufacturer in Indonesia.

Replacing many conventional machines with high efficiency machines leads to reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions.

This project generates good publicity to other competitors and will promote the spread of the new injection molding machines made by JSW.

Expected GHG Emission Reductions

4,462 tCO2-eq./year

= (Reference CO2 emissions) [tCO2/year] − (Project CO2 emissions) [tCO2/year]

Reference CO2 emissions:
emission from Hydraulic type machines
Project CO2 emissions:
emission from All-electric type machines
