Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity

This project introduces a 10MW solar power + 3MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Pursat Province. The generated electricity smoothens short-term fluctuations of solar power by BESS and is sold to Electricité du Cambodge (EDC), the national grid.

This project reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by replacing part of the electricity from the fossil-fuel based grid power with renewable energy.
