Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity
A 100 MW solar power plant is constructed in Wadi Ad Dawasir Region. The generated electricity is provided to the local power company for 30 years to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
This is one of the third phase projects in the international bids called by the Ministry of Energy and contributes to the expansion of renewable energy in the country.
