Outline of GHG Mitigation Activity

This project aims to replace existing conventional water pumps with high efficiency ones in two water pump stations of the treatment plant owned by Danang Water Supply One-member Limited Company (DAWACO).

Energy saving achieved by the replacement of those pumps contributes to reducing CO2 emissions. The pumps to be installed perform with high efficiency because pumps are customized to specific conditions and requirements of the recipient plants.

Expected GHG Emission Reductions

738 tCO2-eq./year

= (Reference CO2 emissions) − (Project CO2 emissions)

Reference CO2 emissions: 6,365.7 [tCO2/year]
Project CO2 emissions: 5,626.7 [tCO2/year]
