Adoption of Demonstration/Feasibility Studies 2012 - for GHG Mitigation Projects/Activities

Global Environment Centre Founadtion (GEC) has adopted 29 studies for GHG mitigation projects/activities for 2012, under the Demonstration/Feasibility Study Programme, which is commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOEJ).
GEC solicited study proposals for (1) MRV Demonstration Study (DS) using Model Project, (2) Bilateral Offset Credit Mechanism (BOCM) Feasibility Study (FS), and (3) CDM Feasibility Study (FS), during 12th April and 17th May 2012, from Japanese entities (private companies, and NGO/NPOs), and 69 proposals. Through the strict review process, 29 Studies (13 for MRV DS, 12 for BOCM FS, and 4 for CDM FS) were selected and officially adopted, as follows.
